To submit a Returns claim, contact Customer Support at 1-866-WIDGET1 (943-4381). The following Returns policy is applicable to all poolwidget.com orders: RETURNED GOODS:
Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior authorization from poolwidget.com. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused. All returned merchandise must be new and unused with the exception of defective goods. A restocking fee may be applied against customer’s credit issued for salable merchandise. All goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment. Return authorization number (RMA) must appear on all cartons. No instore returns on Online sales, chemicals or special orders. All online sales must be sent back to poolwidget.com. WARRANTY:
Products sold by poolwidget.com or Fountainhead, Inc. are covered by Manufacturer’s warranties only and subject to their terms. There are NO other warranties, either expressed or implied by poolwidget.com or Fountainhead.
